1- No sound: First check all your cables and make sure they’re connected. Then check if you have the sound muted. if not, click HERE to download AC3 and install it.

3- If your movie is pausing, Go to your browser cash and clean it and reload the video! it can also be your internet connection which you may need to call your provider.
